• Areas of interest – Children, adolescents & adults, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, family and relationship issues, and Neurodevelopmental disorders (E.g., Autism, ADHD, ODD, ID)
  
• Therapeutic approaches – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Play Therapy

Nicholas emphasises the importance of collaboration, compassion, and empowerment in fostering client personal growth, development, and healing. He has 2+ years working with children, adolescents and adults with neuro developmental disorders. He believes that building trust and facilitating a safe space for clients are essential in achieving individual goals.
